We’re Strongpoint, and our software helps businesses like GoPro, Spotify, and Snapchat automate compliance, documentation, and change management through Salesforce and NetSuite. We’ve experienced huge growth over the last six years, because we offer software that works.

The Role

We are ramping up for additional growth and as such are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This person will play an integral part in creating and implementing Strongpoint’s marketing plan.

In this role, you will be expected to help coordinate Strongpoint’s marketing activities, including: content creation, social media activities and website management.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate content for Strongpoint’s digital channels, including blog posts, case studies and ebooks.

  • Coordinate key marketing activities including: SEO, advertising, email marketing and trade shows.

  • Report on, provide analysis and implement ongoing optimization of marketing channels.

  • Research, identify and implement new online traffic and customer acquisition/conversion opportunities.

  • Manage relationships with outside vendors like advertising agencies, website production companies and others as needed.

  • Other activities as we grow and develop our strategy together.

The Details

This is a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. You’ll work mainly from our office in downtown Toronto but can work from home from time to time as well. We’re steps away from a TTC subway line, at the intersection of King and University.

We offer a highly attractive compensation plan. You’ll enjoy a competitive base salary, along with a comprehensive benefits package (after 3 months’ probation). You’ll also receive 3 weeks’ vacation to start.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing or public relations role.

  • Experience writing and creating content in a professional setting.

  • A self-starter with effective project management skills.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Ability to operate under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Bachelor Degree or college diploma in marketing, communications, public relations or a similar field.

  • Proficient in Photoshop.

  • Experience using Hubspot and other platforms is an asset.

  • Experience working in or with the B2B Saas industry is an asset.
