Job Title:

Inside Sales Representative

Department:

Sales

Location:

Toronto, ON

You’re pursuing a career in sales, and you know you have what it takes to be the best.

You’re resilient, confident, and driven, like all the best sales representatives and sales development professionals.

Now, all you need is an opportunity to prove yourself. We have what you’ve been looking for.

We’re Strongpoint, and our software helps businesses like GoPro, Spotify, and Snapchat automate compliance, documentation, and change management through Salesforce and NetSuite. We’ve experienced huge growth over the last four years, because we offer software that works.

As our new Inside Sales Representative, you’ll get to start a lucrative sales career within the exciting tech industry, and help us pursue explosive growth in a market with boundless opportunities.

Job Description

As our new Inside Sales Representative, your main goal is to be our opener. You’ll contact warm leads and move them through the sales funnel, converting leads into clients. You’ll be a key player on our sales development team.

You love talking to people, and getting to know them. You have natural ability to build rapport and relationships. You’re known for turning strangers into friends, and you love connecting with people over technology. That means you’ll thrive in this role, as you make anywhere between 20-50 calls per day to potential clients.

You’re not fazed by rejection, because you have a persistent spirit and don’t take things personally. Your focus is always on meeting your targets and you love the thrill of making sales. You’ll thrive in an environment that rewards your performance.

You have an interest in technology, and a passion for using tech to solve problems. You’ll enjoy learning about compliance, so that you can educate potential clients about how our software solves their problems. You’ll build their trust using your tech expertise, and compliance knowledge.

Practically speaking you’ll also…

  • Research and identify potential accounts to contact

  • Provide technical information and explanations to assigned accounts

  • Follow up with assigned accounts, never leaving a lead unexplored

  • Maintain accurate customer information

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand leads and move them through the sales funnel

We’re an innovative company (one of NetSuite’s Innovation Partners of the Year in 2015!), with a strong, mature leadership team who you’ll interact with regularly.

We value our people, and care about developing our talent. There’s no shortage of opportunities here for your learning, career growth, and development.

In a high growth environment like ours, things can be chaotic – but that excites you. You don’t need rigid structure to succeed. Instead, you’ll bring initiative, perseverance, and your multitasking ability, and you’ll thrive.

The Details

This is a full time, permanent role working in our funky downtown Toronto office. We’re steps away from a TTC subway line, at the intersection of Richmond and Duncan. You’ll be working 40 hours per week, with opportunities for a flexible schedule.

Our team is growing quickly, and we plan to double in size in the next year. We’d love it if you joined us.
