We’re Strongpoint, and our software helps businesses like GoPro, Spotify, and Snapchat automate compliance, documentation, and change management through Salesforce and NetSuite. We’ve experienced huge growth over the last four years, because we offer software that works.
As our new Account Executive, you’ll help us pursue explosive growth in a relatively untapped market with boundless opportunities.
As our new Account Executive, your main goal is to be our closer. Our lead qualification team will deliver you highly qualified prospects (from mid-market to Fortune 100), and then you’ll manage all stages of the sales cycle. You’ll close deals with annual contract values between $20,000 and $100,000.
Your professional demeanor and engaging personality inspire confidence and trust in potential clients. You’re persuasive and consultative, and no matter who you’re talking to, you’ll be able to clearly deliver and present our platform’s message and value.
You have natural ability to build rapport, and love connecting with people about technology. You’re always on the hunt for new sales opportunities, and enjoy building and nurturing relationships, turning them into long-term partnerships.
Ideally, you’ve had some exposure to compliance and audit products. With us, you’ll enjoy learning about compliance, so that you can educate potential clients about how our software solves their problems.
Practically speaking you’ll…
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospect to close and forecast stages accurately
Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
Update, maintain and report on your sales pipeline and ensure consistent use of the CRM tool – currently NetSuite
Present and demonstrate products to prospective clients
Provide professional after-sales contact to enhance the customers’ loyalty to Strongpoint
Work closely with customer success team to respond to issues and ensure continued client satisfaction
Create winning solutions for the company and its clients/partners.

This is a full time, permanent role working in our funky downtown Toronto office. We’re steps away from a TTC subway line, at the intersection of Richmond and Duncan. You’ll work during regular business hours, Monday-Friday, with opportunities to work from home.
We offer an attractive compensation plan with full benefits. You’ll enjoy a competitive base salary of $70,000, along with an uncapped commission structure. Yearly on-target earnings are $140,000.
Our team is growing quickly, and we plan to double in size in the next year. We’d love it if you joined us.
Qualifications and Skills
We’d love to hear from you if you have the following:
Experience in B2B software sales (ideally SaaS)
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Experience using Salesforce or NetSuite
University degree in business or technology
If you had any of the following, it would be a major asset:
Experience selling compliance or audit products
